Adam brings more than a decade of expertise in due diligence, carve-out and integration management, technology strategy, and enterprise transformations. He has experience advising private equity firms and public companies on more than 150 transactions with transaction values as high as $6 billion. He has a particular focus on helping large private equity firms create value from complex software merger transactions.
As a member of our Dallas office, Adam enjoys watching the practice continue to grow. He finds it satisfying to watch his team develop into leaders. He is committed to mentoring, teaching, and being a sounding board for his colleagues to help them reach their full potential.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Adam was the strategy & product lead at Founder Equity Fund, where he supervised product management efforts across a portfolio of early-stage startups. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, and an M.S. and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.
What makes Adam different
Adam was married in the Rocky Mountain National Park, and he and his wife are new transplants to Dallas after years living in Chicago. An avid traveler, he visited the Swiss Alps on his honeymoon, has lived and worked in South Korea, and has cycled across the United States.
