Dhaval is a builder. He energizes and aligns teams around growth opportunities. He mentors junior consultants to develop the next generation of West Monroe leaders.

Prior to joining West Monroe, Dhaval was a managing director with the Waterstone Group that was acquired by West Monroe. He earned his undergraduate degree from Mumbai University and a master’s degree from Indiana University.

A husband and father, Dhaval enjoys hiking, biking, and traveling. He has spent time in more than 25 countries and has lived and worked on three continents.
