With an aptitude for technology and agile methodologies, Eric not only makes tangible business change happen—he makes it happen faster so his clients can reap the benefits sooner. He designed and implemented a real-time reporting solution for a major commercial real estate company that facilitates rapid analytics and fast-tracks actionable insights.
He created a machine learning solution for a major Centers for Medicare & Medicaid servicer, allowing faster and automated claim subrogation. And he developed a charge capture application for a physician’s group that enables the group to significantly grow its capacity.
He brings depth in diverse disciplines necessary to driving business results through technology—not just data science, big data applications, and enterprise cloud architecture but also problem solving, project leadership, and empathy. His industry experience spans private equity, financial services, healthcare, retail, real estate, and other sectors.
He joined West Monroe from Blue Star Royalty, where he was the chief technology officer. He spent more than a decade in management and technology consulting roles, working with clients across industries. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and philosophy from St. Norbert College.
What makes Eric different
An avid cyclist, both on the road and the Peloton, he has ridden at least 10 metric centuries and two customary centuries—with more to come. He also enjoys playing hockey, sand volleyball, and hanging out with his family, including his eight siblings.
Where Eric makes an impact
He enjoys mentoring colleagues and has a particular passion for helping organizations that are underserved by technology. A dog lover, he and his wife foster animals for Dallas Pets Alive! in addition to providing a home for their own three rescue pups.
