Her toolkit is vast and robust, having extensive global experience in strategic planning, organization and process design, training design, delivery, and employee engagement. That unique blend of end-to-end expertise allows Jenna to be a trusted voice no matter the audience, the project, or timeline.
Jenna was a founder and owner of 71 & Change—now part of West Monroe. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Linfield College and a master’s degree in teaching from Lewis and Clark College. She also is Prosci certified.
What makes Jenna different
She grew up in Kealakekua, Hawaii, and enjoys adventure, traveling, and learning about different cultures and languages. She has lived in Guatemala, England, and the Philippines—the latter as a three-year volunteer with the United States Peace Corps—and has bounced around countries in Central and South America, Europe, and Asia.
Jenna and her family enjoy Portland’s sports and outdoor scene. They frequently bike, hike, and camp together.
Where Jenna makes an impact
Jenna is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals and Association for Talent Development. She gets great satisfaction by serving as a mentor and advisor to young female leaders.
She also volunteers as a coach for her daughters’ soccer teams, at her school, and at the Oregon Food Bank.
