Leveraging his extensive financial industry experience, John partners with clients to manage transformational initiatives, including de-novo business line and product development, back-office and front-office optimization, and core technology selection and implementation. He led the deployment of solutions that helped a client reduce customer onboarding time from days to hours, resulting in loan growth of over 20 percent.
John’s experience includes extensive background in all phases of merger and acquisition activities. As integration manager for the largest credit union merger in history, he provided leadership and counsel – from developing a financial framework as part of due diligence through oversight of the integration management office.
Prior to joining West Monroe, John held various management and officer positions at Washington Mutual Bank (WaMu). He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington-Michael G. Foster School of Business.
