Drawing on extensive experience guiding clients through complex transformation, Lynn is adept at fielding the right expertise for the challenges at hand.

That’s especially true when it comes to facilitating collaboration toward common goals. The matrixed structure of many large organizations requires cross-functional support to allow a major initiative to move forward.
Lynn joined West Monroe with years of experience as a business development executive and sale leader in the healthcare/payer space. That includes five years with Sensentia, whose proprietary AI technology helps payer clients deliver a superior representative and member experience by making benefit plan data clear and meaningful. She has experience with business process outsourcing, public sector, and enterprise technology solutions having worked for Conduent, then ACS supporting Medicaid Management Information Systems, and previously Oracle.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Planning and Administration from Penn State University.

Lynn appreciates the beauty of Colorado, including the blue skies and mountains. When she’s not at work, she’s most likely enjoying a hike or depending on the season, camping, or skiing with friends or family.
Where Lynn makes an impact
With a passion for those managing mental health challenges, she volunteers and is a past board member of Mindful Works, a nonprofit social enterprise in Boulder, Colorado. The social enterprise supports people in recovery from mental illness through meaningful work. Her role includes finding distribution channels for employees’ products. She is also involved in Women Business Leaders in Healthcare, supporting women leaders in healthcare and participates in Colorado Strategy and Healthcare Management (CHSM).
