Michael partners with large and mid-market financial services clients, strategic buyers and emerging financial institutions, challenging their status quo and designing and delivering innovative solutions that increase marketplace differentiation, enhance performance, and positively impact the bottom line. He recently helped re-design a retail credit process that resulted in a 34% efficiency gain and a fully automated decision process.

Michael joined West Monroe from Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was an advisor for federal regulatory agencies and helped drive innovative assets in the Strategic Innovation Group. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a certified project management professional (PMP) and he earned a Certification in Commercial Lending from the American Bankers Association.
What makes Michael different
An accomplished athlete, Michael played professional indoor soccer, completes in half Ironman races, and has surfed in six countries. He and his wife live in Venice, California, and enjoy being at the beach with their dog, exploring new restaurants, coffee shops, and traveling.

Michael is a member of the leadership team for love.fútbol, engaging communities to ensure that every child has a safe place to play the beautiful game. He also volunteers with Heal the Bay and Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA).
