In addition to working with clients, Mike leads our Operations Excellence practice, a diverse group of consultants who work in human capital management, financial management, organizational change management, supply chain optimization, workforce management, and more. Since taking the helm, he has substantially expanded the team’s capacity and resources.
Mike is a sought-after expert in productivity improvement, having been published in Harvard Business Review, HR Magazine, Fast Company, SHRM, and The Economist, and speaking on topics such as employee engagement.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Michael was a Senior Vice President and National Leader for the Business Transformation practice at NTT DATA/The Revere Group. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Northern Illinois University.
