Private equity investors and portfolio companies understand that becoming digital is at the center of growth and value creation. That’s where Nadeem comes in. He was the M&A and digital transformation advisor to a $3 billion healthcare analytics company and recently led a private equity client through a $5 billion acquisition and carveout.
A hands-on M&A leader with experience across the transaction lifecycle—from diligence to post-close transformation—he has particular expertise in infusing analytics and data-driven decision-making into an organization’s business processes to drive revenue growth and increase operational efficiency.
Nadeem joined West Monroe in 2021 from KPMG, where he was a managing director in the Deal Advisory and Strategy practice, providing technology strategy, digital transformation, and performance improvement support to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Manitoba and master’s and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Rice University.
What makes Nadeem different
Nadeem is originally from Canada but has settled in the Dallas area with his wife and two kids. When not at home, they enjoy spending time together traveling and sightseeing. He also enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, and table tennis and has recently begun golf lessons.
Where Nadeem makes an impact
Prior to getting into consulting, he spent many years working at product technology companies, including one which he co-founded, where he held roles from engineer to CTO. Those years building award winning products and scaling companies have provided Nadeem with a unique perspective that he now brings to the technology M&A space.
