His background – which spans digital transformation, operating model evolution, business process improvement, software implementation, and project management for some of the largest US and global institutions – has equipped him to guide clients through uncertainty with confidence.
Prior to joining West Monroe, he spent more than a decade with Accenture, where he was a key member of the global commercial lending team and led sales for the nCino Spanish markets. He earned a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and holds several nCino certifications.
What makes Neftalí different
He loves being a dad, traveling to places he has never been before, and competing in triathlons. He completed the IRONMAN Triathlon Mont-Tremblant—2.4 miles swimming, 112 miles biking, and 26.2 miles running—in addition to 20 other triathlons of varying distances. He is passionate about endurance sport training and plant-based eating and how combining these can maximize human performance.
