Rob is a technical leader, software engineer and systems thinker with over 22 years of experience. As a technical leader, he has scaled cross-functional teams with an emphasis on promoting collaboration and balancing competing goals. As a software engineer, he has hands-on experience with several programming languages, frameworks, architectures and distributed systems.
Having built and led teams for several clients, with adept knowledge across different business domains, Rob has the experience to deliver value through continuous delivery of software systems. He enables high-performing teams by promoting collaboration, leading by example, and by facilitating conversations across disciplines.
Prior to West Monroe, Rob was a Director of Engineering for Carbon Five. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Irvine.
What makes Rob different
Born and raised in LA, Rob and his family (wife & son) frequently enjoy activities the area has to offer including snowboarding, camping and dining. In addition, they’re passionate about traveling and experiencing cultures having visited several countries. His favorite experience was wandering the villages within Bali, Indonesia.

As part of the LA community, Rob and his family has supported initiatives from the Surfrider Foundation, Asian Americans Advancing Justice and the Koreatown Youth Community Center.
