As a leader in the enterprise systems product strategy and management, Vish has successfully led company-wide transformations to Cloud and SaaS, and delivered business results fueled by organic and acquisitive product development, and scaled through strategic ecosystem alliances.
Vish’s greatest strengths are his ability to convert vision into strategy and execute across matrixed organizations. He thrives in dynamic, early-phase innovation and incubator environments, where his calm yet assertive leadership style encourages structure, discipline, agility, and velocity.
Prior to joining West Monroe, he spent 25 years with Oracle in their supply chain and product lifecycle management applications product strategy, management and consulting services organizations, serving the High Tech and Manufacturing industries. He also spent two years helping an EdTech startup develop and deliver a cloud-based platform and undergo a business-wide transformation to a SaaS operating model. Vish holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Mumbai University and a master’s degree in industrial management from Clemson University.

He has had the opportunity to travel around the world and work with geographically distributed, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams throughout his career. That exposure has instilled in him, a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, and helped him develop skills that help him effectively navigate its influence on business and inter-personal relationships.
Where Vish makes an impact
He is passionate about helping the under-served and aspires to foster initiatives around data science for social good. He currently serves on the board and volunteers time as treasurer and chief technology officer for a bio-tech non-profit engaged in discovering new treatments and developing diagnostics for neglected tropical diseases.
