When it comes to helping his clients capture significant revenue gains, Will is driven to get it done. He applies his more than 20 years of experience leading successful delivery of complex, large-scale, customer-facing solutions to enable his clients to drive revenue growth through increased lead conversion, improved sales effectiveness, and improved customer retention. The result? His clients have realized more than $10 million in increased revenue.
As managing partner and leader of both the High-Tech & Software practice and the San Francisco office, Will is also passionate about expanding West Monroe’s presence across northern California and building a fun, diverse, highly collaborative and entrepreneurial team. As a result, the office has been recognized as one of the Bay Area’s Best Companies to Work For by the San Francisco Business Times.
Will joined West Monroe in 2015 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Etherios, a division of Digi International. As president, he led Etherios through a variety of transitions in growth and strategic direction and led the transaction and integration into West Monroe’s operations. He has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and political science from Duke University.

Will lives in Marin County with his wife, Jan, their daughter, Cate, and their dog, Archie. The family loves to travel and explore and can frequently be found at Lake Tahoe, one of their favorite vacation spots.
Where Will makes an impact
Will is West Monroe’s Inclusion & Diversity executive sponsor, overseeing the firm’s I&D activities and bringing together a cross-functional team to promote workforce diversity and a culture of inclusion. Will also serves on the San Francisco board of Kesem, the nation’s largest organization dedicated to supporting children impacted by a parent’s cancer.
