Women's Leadership Network
The Women’s Leadership Network is an employee resource group that helps women thrive at West Monroe. We work with the entire firm to foster an inclusive culture and work toward gender equality. The committee empowers individuals to learn and grow via four major initiative areas: education, mentorship, collaboration, and communication.
Educate
We help women successfully pilot their personal and professional lives by facilitating conversations and workshops that allow us to learn from one another, engage men in discussions about challenges and opportunities, and tackle work/life integration.
Champion
Through our Career Champion program, women have the opportunity to be paired with a leader at the firm to enhance professional development, accelerate relationship-building, and increase gender equality.
Communicate
We encourage an open dialog, share thought-provoking articles, celebrate our accomplishments, and communicate events and resources for women.
Collaborate
We build an inclusive and welcoming community for women by offering networking opportunities, hosting social events, and partnering with organizations that support gender equality.
Fairygodboss is a digital platform geared toward women that answers those hard-to ask questions. It helps women get the inside scoop on pay, corporate culture, benefits and work flexibility. The site also offers company ratings, job listings, discussion boards and career advice.
Jumpstart is a diversity advisory firm identifying and developing highly skilled female and diverse professionals.
